NESTIVAL
THE BRIEF
After new teams being brought into the business and two years of remote working, the Nestlé Health Sciences team approached us with the challenge of creating an internal conference - the likes of never seen before.
Their goal was to host a team of 135 people crossing disciplines and geography, immerse them in learning of the brand portfolio, and create renewed connection after a long period away from physically meeting.
With a challenging deadline and an overriding theme of ‘festival’ to work with, we set about finding the ultimate location for the backdrop to festivities.

EXPERIENCE
Once in place, we consulted with the 8 brand teams and conference committee, conceptualising the design and build, and installing individual immersive experiences. We styled the site and created a programme of events befitting the occasion.
To ensure smooth sailing of delegates on the day, we designed a rotation of groups. This featured on a festival-style lanyard map and line-up that saw the teams: enter a meditation space; create their own collagen-infused iced coffee; set sail on a branded boat tour of the lakes; silent disco-dance their way to a hydration station, and more.
Outside the presentations and brand immersion sessions, delegates were served a curated menu for lunch and dinner, with a serviced bar and live entertainment provided into the evening.
